People thinks that the others are very stupid!
Yesterday I discovered on Etsy that a girl in Michigan, copied my sculpture sheep "Pecurella" that it also in my Logo from many years...
Same shape, pose and design of her Characteristic curly wool (difficult to have the same idea for this design, don't you think??)... and when I asked her where she has found the inspiration to do exactly the same sheep...
She seemed very confused, Before she said..."it was 'cause a request of customer" and after a second she said that her original sheep has long ears but that the customer wanted short! What? Long ears??? Really This is the different for her?
And about all the rest?? Is exactly the same design!!
Wow people are really incredible! I can't believe it
And not satisfied, she said also that is her prefered subject to do... well I've replied " I'm glad that you're happy making MY seep, enjoy with that and with your consciousness"...

These are...My Pecurella (this sculpt is a little version) and my Logo...
I created the sculpture (a kind of mascot) after having designed the Logo, then with some study of shapes and designs. I've never seen it before other sheep so also after when I have created it, in all these years I saw many versions of sheeps but never equal to mine, for 10 artists who respects you and your work, just one is that do not the same that is enough to make a damage. I send to my customers many sheeps as a gift for their purchases and as a symbol of my artistic work and now someone can hold it so... freely ... Incredible!!

Ieri ho scovato su Etsy una ragazza nel Michigan (America) che ha copiato il design della mia Pecurella, che non solo è una delle mie più vecchie sculture ma è anche la protagonista del mio Logo da anni oramai!!
Ha copiato... forma, posa e soprattutto il Caratteristico design della lana arricciata a spirale, direi parecchio difficile per due persone avere la stessa identica idea.
Quando allora le ho scritto per chiedere, dove avesse trovato l'ispirazione per creare una pecora così, anzitutto non ha risposto davvero alla domanda ma poi inconsciamente è saltata fuori la verità, si è contraddetta... Prima infatti ha detto che è nata per via di una richiesta da parte di un cliente (il che magari il cliente avrebbe potuto mostrare un'immagine o darle l'idea avendola già vista), poi però un secondo dopo mi dice che la sua Originale pecora ha le orecchie lunghe ma che il suo cliente le ha volute corte!! Ma Davvero mi crede così stupida?? Parla delle orecchie corte???
Forma, posa e lana a ricciolo... per lei è pura coincidenza!! Ma davvero?? Increbile...Non ci posso credere!
In più tanto per fare la detentrice della pecora originale, mi ha detto che l'ha creata per essere il linea con il suo stile e che è il soggetto per altro che le piace di più fare!!
Bene le ho risposto, che son contenta che si diverta nel fare la MIA pecora, di divertirsi sia con quella che con la sua Coscienza!!
Sicuramente piuttosto sporca direi.
Ho creato la scultura della mia "Pecurella" come l'ho battezzata io alla nascita, come una sorta di mascotte, ma solo dopo aver creato il Logo, quindi è stata studiata apposta così per distinguersi dalle altre già sul mercato. Infatti sia prima di realizzarla che dopo non ne ho mai viste così con lo stesso design e si che in giro ci sono tantissime versioni di pecorelle. Per dieci artisti che rispettano te ed il tuo lavoro, ne basta solo uno che non lo fa...ed ecco il danno!!
Sono molto triste ed arrabbiata. Ho regalato ed inviato tante Pecurelle ai miei clienti per ringraziarli dei loro acquisti e come simbolo della mia attività artistica... e poi arriva qualcuno che se ne impossessa così... liberamente...

Non posto il suo link perchè non le do soddisfazione facendole pubblicità, però che chi si imbatte in lei sappia che quello è il mio Design e mi è stato rubato!
